- First-Time Surrogates: Earn $63,000 if we provide health insurance for your pregnancy, or $68,000 if you already have an approved health insurance policy.

When and How You’ll Be Paid

- $300 monthly allowance starting when you sign your Gestational Carrier Agreement (typically totaling $600 before pregnancy).

- $2,000 upon completing the embryo transfer.

- Lost Wages (Yours or Your Partner’s): Reimbursed for actual expenses.
- Childcare or Housekeeping on Bedrest: Reimbursed, with $100 per week for housekeeping if needed.

We take care of the details so you don’t have to. All travel to and from the IVF clinic—for screening and embryo transfer—is fully paid by the intended parents.
